Joe’s Focus: Good jobs. Affordable healthcare. Economic fairness.

Joe knows what it means to work hard and raise a family in Illinois. He supports raising the minimum wage, expanding access to childcare, protecting unions, and lowering healthcare and prescription drug costs. He’ll fight for a tax system that doesn’t punish the middle class or working poor. 

Joe’s Belief: Our democracy should work for everyone — not just the powerful.

As a former police officer, Joe knows what it means to serve. He’ll fight to expand access to mental health care, housing support, and job training for veterans and first responders. 

Joe’s Commitment: Bring modern resources to every part of IL-16.

From broadband expansion to fixing rural roads, Joe will fight for equitable infrastructure investment. He supports renewable energy, better water systems, and local jobs that support sustainable growth — not corporate giveaways. 

Joe’s Stance: Equality, autonomy, and safety for every woman — without exception.

Joe believes that women deserve full control over their bodies, equal opportunity in the workplace, and protection from discrimination and violence. In Congress, he will stand up for policies that affirm and expand women’s rights — because progress doesn’t happen when half the population is held back.

Joe’s Plan: Use tech to serve the people — not exploit them.

Joe supports closing the digital divide, protecting personal data, and investing in cybersecurity. He believes in regulation that protects people without stifling innovation. 

Joe’s Priority: Healthcare is a right — not a luxury.

Joe supports strengthening the ACA, expanding mental health care access, capping out-of-pocket costs, and ensuring rural hospitals have what they need to serve their communities.
